Today is Just Love’s second birthday! We’ve officially entered whatever the blogger equivalent of “the terrible twos” is. I’m constantly amazed by how far JL has come in the last couple of years… from a tiny blog that I ran myself, to a rapidly-growing site with a fantastic group of reviewers– all of whom I’m fortunate enough to call friends. Running this blog is a labor of love, and I’m so thankful to the amazing team that works with me to keep it fun, interesting… and always hilarious.
But because it’s our birthday (and because I just got back from RT Convention with a very large stack of books), I’m thinking we should do some giveaways.
Okay, a lot of giveaways.
We have paperbacks*. We have audiobooks. We have eBooks, giftcards, and probably some fun swag that I’ve picked up from some of our favorite queer authors!
You wanna win?
(Sorry, that was a dumb question.)
BOOM —>
Click on that pretty picture, enter to win. Over the next week, I’ll randomly draw winners from the entries. You can enter daily. You can rack up more ways to enter. You can, in fact, win more than once.
(* but only US folks will win paperbacks. Sorry guys… we keep the site ad free because ads are annoying af, but that means we have zero ad revenue with which to ship books overseas.)
Legal blah blah blah: Must be over 18 to win, contest opens at 9:00 am EST on May 20 (ie, when this post goes up), and ends 11:59 pm EST on May 27. Winners of physical prizes must be able to provide a US address to ship to.
Congrats on your blogversary. 🙂

And thank you for the chance to win – especially as a non-US resident for ebooks. *fingers are crossed*

Happy Birthday! It is really tough to pick just one book as I have read so many great ones this year. But, I will go with Seven Summer Nights by Harper Fox. I think this will be a re-read for me.

Happy anniversary! I discovered you guys a few months ago and it was such a relief to find an mm / queer romance review blog that shares my sensibilities (i.e. no beefcake pics draped in rainbow flags).
It’s hard to pick, but today I’d say my favorite read was Fast Connection.
And my favorite book that I discovered through this site is Peter Darling by Austin Chant.

Wish you many more happy years ahead, Just Love! Every day I check in to see your reviews so I know what books to add to my reader. So far, the book that stands out most is Rhapsody on a Theme by Matthew J. Metzger. Emotional and intense, even dark at times, Metzger penned a beautiful story and series. Thank you!
